I have the space saver spare tire set-up for my car, I have the tank to air the tire up, question how is the air tank to be refilled when it is empty? Where can I find info on this ?
I believe they were meant to be a one time use, and then toss it into a landfill. I could not imagine actually trying to use one of these in this day and age. Just use the empty bottle for display over your spare where it goes. Nobody but you will know its empty.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure. I had to use it not to long ago, getting a flat at nite on a two lane hwy. It did work at least to get home, with using the spare. Only thing I learned to start keeping a small floor jack b/c the jack for these cars has to little to say for it, junk.... But I did have enough left in the bottle to infate the tire to get home. Go figure.
