It is obvious that it is unconstitutional and within a week SCOTUS will strike it down so hopefully it soon will be nothing but a nightmare that we have awakened from.

but thats why they want to 'amend' the constitution...its "only a living documweent" anyway...we dont need no stinkin` constitution, esp. when we have such great leadership, that can make all the decisions for us

We just need to be very concerned with SCOTUS members (current or future appointments) who believe in the words you wrote.

Sarah Palin was RIGHT when she said 'death panels'. Illegal aliens alone will bankrupt Obamacare and Obama just added 800,000 to the rolls with his Amnesty. Anyway, the elderly will not be able to get many treatments because of rationing and the fact the socialists want to purge our society of the older people because they are more patriotic and not indoctrinated into the 'one world/global government' narrative currently being preached in our schools.

Speaking of schools, Obamacare also hijacked the Student Loan business. What better way to ensure that today's youth fall in line and wear their brown shirts.. Hold their education HOSTAGE in exchange for their allegiance to the regime.

I'm guessing none of you even looked. Ctrl + F and look for doctors. Hhmph not even 1 mention in the bill. That's odd. Mis information and information are two different things. I mean the page numbers don't correspond to anything. It's not even written in the same verbage the bill is written. It's email chains and fake stories like this that are being used to manipulate you. How can you make an accurate decision on the merits of the health care bill if you haven't even made yourself familiar with it? A lot people post on here without reading the repair manual when the answer is right there. You are doing the same thing.

What is fact is that Obamacare was promoted based on false data, false assumptions and false promises. This is not from any chain email but based on my having followed it before, during and after it was passed.

Americans were told that if they like their plan, they could keep it. That was not true.

Americans were told their insurance premiums would drop significantly. That was not true.

Americans were told it would cost less that $1 trillion. That was not true.

Americans were told it would improve healthcare. That was not true.

Americans were told the negotiations would be broadcast on TV. That was not true.

And, to get the final vote from a Congressman Stupak, he and Americans were told it would not fund abortions. That was not true.

It creates over 150 new government agencies, needs thousands of IRS employees to enforce it and gives government massive new access to your personal information.

It raises taxes, slashes Medicare, tramples religious freedom, will drive out medical professionals, stifle new medical technology innovation, has forms of death panels, and creates rationing.

It is one of the main, if not the main reason the nation’s unemployment remains high.

It is opposed by an overwhelming percentage of Americans. 2/3 now want it repealed/struck down by SCOTUS.

It is unconstitutional and I am confident, despite the activist justices, will be struck down by SCOTUS.
