I AM HAVING A HARD TIME REMOVING THE CYLINDERS. 68 FIREBIRD. THE PIVOT BOLT/BRACKET IS THE PROBLEM. THE HOLE IN THE STEEL REAR RAIL OF THE FOLDING TOP FRAME DOESNT QUITE LINE UP WITH THE BOLT TOWARDS THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR SO I CANNOT GET A SOCKET OR AN OPEN END WRENCH ON IT. ANY INSIGHT?

Did you try it with the top folded all the way back? That is was I had to do.

Trying to get it on or off?
Make sure cylinder collapsed. I had to disconnect the frame.
Look like your problem?
Take one or both of these bolts and then you can get it out.

I GOT THE BOLT OUT OF THE INTERIOR SIDE BUT I AM HAVING A HARD TIME NOW GETTING THE BOLT OUT OF THE PIVOT PART OF THE CYYLINDER THAT IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CYLINDER. I AM HAVING TROUBLE EVEN GETTING A WRENCH TO WHERE THE BOLT IS
