Sounds like a good car at a good price - is it in New York? Photos? Link to listing?

Looks nice. I have been interested in a couple of cars from that area, especially a '68 400 convertible and they were full of rust underneath, but they had spend decades in the area. If yours is actually as rust free as you state and is not a concern what if anything would require immediate attention?

Nothing requires immediate attention
New owner can decide what they want to do and when
Not a show car, but very presentable, some scratches here and there in the paint.
Outside door handles and mirror can be rechromed
Recharge the AC
Interior rear panels need to be installed

What's your ZIP? I am interested but have to look at the big picture and figure in cost of transport to Dallas, TX. I would think that would probably run about $900 on an open trailer. Thanks, Dave.

I have received some quotes and will be talking the purchase over with the family this weekend. Should be OK.

The wife says that I have to let go of one of my other toys in order to make room for this one. I think that I'll have to pass at this time. Best of luck with the sale.
