As I finished up the interior on the 67 Firebird and installed an IDIDT tilt column ( automatic floor shift) I need to know if the stock wheel ( if I can find one) will work or do I have to go to an aftermarket? I would like to go with a standard black wheel if I could. Thanks

I have heard that the wood sport wheels need modified for tilt, but am not positive on that.

I have an original 68 wood sports wheel and original tilt column, and I did not have to adjust anything. I used to have a 67 deluxe wheel on the car before as well.
