White and silver/gray TA paint scheme not a real TA. Car is located in Austin, TX
Car runs great and gets lots of attention but it is time to move on to other things. It is not a trailer queen and is enjoyed whenever we decide to, not just weekends.
Plans were to at least put a 5 speed transmission into the car but never happened. In the 4 years I have owned the car I have put maybe 6000 miles on it. We do enjoy the car but other things in life are becoming more important and 3 sport cars in the garage does not make since.
Not the original Motor, but is a healthy 400 with a 4 speed Manual trans (M-21)
Great condition convertible white top with silver/gray piping that matches the silver/gray TA stripes
Billet Specialties Wheels 16x7 front and 17x8 rear Model Fast Lane
Aftermarket Fiberglass TA hood

Backup Lights are not connected to transmission and bulbs not installed
Left turn blink indicator LED on the dash does not work. Turn signal bulbs do work.
Gas Level Gauge will work for a while and stop. Then start working again. Believe has to do with sending unit wiring or in-tank level float. I have the new intake sending unit sitting in the box.
Chip in paint in Rear behind the bumper where looks like bumper hit it.
Rear bumper has 2 small spots where chrome is fading away
I have the original Hydraulic parts for the power top; they have been removed so I could get them replaced or rebuilt but never got the time.
Center console in the pictures was removed and taken apart to add hidden iPhone cable hookup.
(Been over 2 years) Also had a set of MT valve covers that I was having custom painted but those have not been finished.
The volume control knob is not installed in the dash; my plan was to install inside the center console. Since the center console is not installed the Knob is sitting (loosely) on the transmission hump.
I got an appraisal done in 2010 that came in at $33,000.00 then I added about $12,000-$15,000 in upgrades that I have receipts. In late 2011 a good friend convinced me to become certified to do vehicle Appraisals as a part time job since the person they use was retiring; I used this car to pass my certification with, detailing the vehicles value currently at $40,200.00.
My asking price is $35,000.00 via Wire transfer to my Credit Union.
I do not have to sell the car so please no low ball offers, I have no interest in trades, I have seen lots of SCAMs which means no Bank Checks or Money Orders and no offers of extra then I give it to the shipper.
Please no tire kickers or joy-riders.
Thanks
Ray
