So my car is in the shop and I get a call and the guy says the filler neck is for a camaro and that is why the door wouldn't shut.
So, I recall buying the gas tank kit a few years back from Tamraz but either way, where can I get a proper fitting filler neck for my '68 bird?

I would do Ames and only Ames. I had the same problem with my '67 - all the other parts companies were peddling the Camaro filler neck as a Firebird piece. Ames had the correct one.
If you can't trust the "big name" reproduction parts places for the right part - how can you trust somebody on E-pay?

I have a nice used original one from a '68 'bird if you need one. Might take me a few days to locate it though.
