Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but can anyone explain how to remove/re-install the front (RH) parking lamp housing on a 1969? I can't see how to access however it's fastened, and don't want to remove more assemblies than necessary to get at it. The Factory Assembly Manual drawing is very faint and seems to show that the housing is held in place by a single, centred fastener of some sort, but I find that odd.
Thanks,
Grant

So as the saying goes: Look before you leap (ask questions). I solved this problem myself by removing the wheel and sticking my into the space between the brake drum and front inner fender. I was able to see one of the studs mounting the lamp housing and (with great difficulty), reach around to feel the other. Fortunately, neither nut was seized and they came off with a socket wrench. Thanks for reading, and sorry I hadn't looked more carefully before asking...
