Had hooker long tubes and they were really tight on drives side. If I was to look again I would go Dougs.

Headers are a real PIA on pontiacs. Maybe think about repop long branch manifolds instead.

Any interest in tubular shorty headers that will basically be like the long Branch with a 2 1/2" outlet?

As mentioned in another topic, the oil filter is difficult to remove if you have headers - ask me how I know.
Another issue is I have to be very careful driving over speed bumps. I've remodeled/re-shaped my headers a few times.
If I had to do again, I'd go with the factory long-branch manifolds.

Friend has the oil filter problems with his Hedman headers
My hooker super comps have plenty of clearance to get the filter on and off.

I run headmans 4 tube style and a dual remote oil system. Engine Plate from kaufman or butler.

Tigator,
You have any problems with the oil draining out of the filter lines back into the sump?
