Did they use the clear top steering wheels on Firebirds? I was under the impression that was only a big car thing.

this is what i found for 67 wheels. I think the clear wheel was early.

My original wheel was exactly like your upper RH photo.
2012 Mustang Boss 302 #1918, Competition Orange. FGF replacement

Is that wheel in the lower left pic a clear top? It appears to be. So they were available on birds in 67. Thanks.

I am pretty sure the clear top wheel option is shown in the '67 'bird parts book.
