No porting or gasket matching that i know of.

$3800 bare? I have seen complete original pairs for 3.6k which included the correct tulip valves, tall studs/2 piece lock nuts and 1.65 rockers.

Carlisle last year. 3 pair. Bare $2000. Complete w/aftermarket hard parts $2800, complete originals down to the correct valves (see above) for $3600.

Ram Air II heads would have had 1.50 ratio rockers.

FWIW, I concur on the pricing at $3600 or so with all correct parts based on the two sets I've dealt with.

You should have bought them at that price,very reasonable! I do not need to sell these heads,they are being offered at my price if anyone wants them.Once 1968 ram air 2 heads are gone,they are gone.Also considering selling my 68 ram air 2 bird and will give details shortly.
