Does anyone have pictures of how to install these? I started my project 4 years ago and cant remember how to install them. Do they even attach to the frame or do I install the fenders first? Might be a stupid question, but after 4 years everything has given me issues. Its finally running after sitting 20 years in somebody else's garage down south and now Ive brought it back to life.

I have done it both ways. Once you get it into place you will see how the holes line up. Don't remember any directly to the frame.
