Does anyone have a good idea of what a stock 4-bbl intake manifold would weigh?
Anyone ever tried shipping something like that? Any suggestions?

It's proll'y about 55 Lbs, and it ships in a big box with lot's of packing material. Protect both ends of each flange with cardboard "corners" to reduce its tendency to rip its way out of the box.
Ship it via UPS ground.

Hi Augy,
I just shipped one last month. 45 lbs and DHL was the best rate at approx. $40 across the country. I double wrapped the intake in cardboard before boxing it and it went fine.
