Lots of guys have a job & are very busy, & don't have time to cruise the net, to find the best price for stuff they want.
I'm retired & have time to look for the best prices. So, I like to post my findings on a few Pontiac sites, in order to help fellow Pontiac guys find stuff they want, & save a few bucks in the process. Some guys have plenty of money to spend & don't care what parts cost.
BUT, I've always been a low budget Pontiac guy. So, I, and other low budget guys might appreciate links to the best price, even if it happens to be on Ebay. The fact is, as a general rule, I've found the best prices to usually be on either Amazon, Ebay, or Summit. Not ALWAYS, but most of the time.
I suppose this may be just another of those topics about which opinions differ.
If you don't like specific links, don't click them, it's part of the freedom of choice we have in this country. Taking something away from others because you don't like seems to be the new-age wave that's trying to be instilled across the US.
Were you hoping that Geoff would snowflake it in, regardless to what people want, correct? Since you want to make decisions for others, please explain why you don't want others to have instant click to something you don't want to click.
I'll go off topic a bit and ask a question. You joined the board one month after I did. Remember the traffic in those days? Today, the board is beyond dead, needs each post made. Why do you want to remove 'unwanted' traffic?
Like the PY Forums there should be a separate thread for Ebay items. Its kind of sad this site has slowed down so much. Back in the day I found many great parts from sellers on here.
Yep, times have changed, back in the day I found my posi rear end at Pick a part (junkyard) for $50, its becoming harder to find muscle car parts for the obvious reasons.
