I'm looking to buy a good condition or refurbished clutch pedal assembly for a 69 Firebird. My car is deluxe interior with factory disc brakes so the pedal should have the chrome around the pads, but I'll take what I can get even if it's just a bare assembly.

I also am looking for a manual center console (hopefully with the metal plate too). If one is interested, I have a VG condition automatic console from my car I can trade that has about 70K original miles. I would include everything like the shifter assembly.

My car is a driver, not a show car so I don't need perfect appearance. I'm just doing a swap from an auto to a Tremec T56 Magnum.

I am converting from a TH350 to a Tremec TKO and am looking for console conversion options... either a complete 4-speed console OR is anyone aware of a source to buy just the top plate so I can convert my console? Thanks in advance!

The manual console is different, it has no top plate. The hole for the shifter is part of the console and smaller than the auto top plate, as I recall.

This isn't the case for a 69 at least. I was able to flip my entire console over and remove the auto top plate and just swap in the manual one. It was a direct fit and just a few fasteners.

Oh sorry for the confusion, I was referring to the console top plate, not the auto gear selector plate. I see where you were going.

Yeah I just swapped the entire center top panel.

Where did you get the new top plate? Is there an aftermarket one?
I too run 670 heads on my 69 (and love them) also have black int.

I got a good used one, doesn't look like you can get one by itself in the aftermarket yet.
