Anyone know why there are photobucket markings across our older photos? Did they change policies a while back that I missed?

A photobucket thing they started doing. Much better than what they were doing blocking entirely.

They want you to pay up. If you had an account with pics they made it impossible to access them. I gave up and moved on.
