Hello everyone. Does anyone out there happen to have a wiring diagram for a 69 firebird radio? My harness is long gone and I'm trying to determine which terminal goes where. Also, does anyone know if the inner radio control knobs that Goodmark and Paddock sell for the 69 Firebird are correct? All of the 69's I have seen have the black 67-68 inner knobs, the ones that Goodmark and Paddock sell are chrome and look way different. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Jerry

Jerry,
The inner knobs are black and depending on whether or not you have an AM or AM/FM you could have two different style inner knobs for adjustment. If you have an AM radio, one black inner knob will have a longer "dummy" shank on it since there is only one shaft that has any adjustment feature on it. The outer knobs are chrome and they are different than what most catalogs sell (read not Camaro).
As for the wiring, I can't help you with that.

Thanks for the info on the inner knobs. I had purchased the chrome plastic inner knobs and they are exactly like you described the black knobs, with the shank on one and the other is a dummy knob. The only difference is that the tone knob has a tab that can be used for adjustment. I'm still waiting on the outter knobs from classic, and I'll post how everything fits when they come in. (In case anyone is wondering.) Thanks again.
Jerry
