The shrouds are different, but if you are creative you can make anything work. If you are in need check your GM parts supplier, they are still available.

Typically the Pontiac shroud was offset to the passenger side slightly (as is the motor) So you may have to do some fine tuning so to speak to "make" it fit... but as mentioned... you can "make" it work. Brett - 67 Drop Top 455!

The GM part number is 9788883.It is Stk'd in many GM warehouses in the US.GM list is 85.84,wholesale is 64.38.Most GM dealers will sell the shroud for wholesale if you ask nice.Mike
