Did all original 400 4 spd cars come with a clutch fan? My car has 81000 miles. It has a 5 blade flex fan without a clutch. Any help on this one?

This AMA specs page shows all the '68 fans (4 blade, 5 blade, 7 blade) and the fluid clutch. I recall the clutch for AC equipped and maybe as an option.
