Is this like the online/downloadable service manuals I have heard of like for my 2015 Volkswagen ? I think last time I checked it was $35 for one day access to download.

I suspect since the fuse is blowing, the fuel pressure regulator valve is going bad or there is an intermittent short in the harness for the valve somewhere. Actually could be any of the components on that fuse.
