Does anybody have any experience dealing with this company?

If so was it good or bad?

I have purchased a few parts from them, a couple used and a couple new. I have both purchased over the counter at their location and via the internet. It's been three years since I placed the last order but the transactions were fine.

I would check what the "We have temporarily paused new orders..." ambiguous message on their website means first.

I did ask them about the not taking web orders message and they replied back that they shut down web orders and only take orders over the phone now.
