From what I understand and anyone correct me, Pontiac does not have a Powerglide, Pontiac and Olds used a Super Turbine 300 which was supposedly like a Turbo 400 but a 2 speed. It only fit BOP cars. From what I remember you can't look to Chevy PG's as far as hook ups, lines, parts, ways to do things, etc. There seems to be a ton of parts for them on ebay, I don't see this part anywhere, you may have to fabricate, check salvage yards.
