I am going to make some horn buttons as close to original as possible for the formula steering wheel used in the late 1969 Trans Am. Including no lines on tail feathers and made with Lucite as the originals were. Can anyone tell me the width and height of the original bird emblem in the lucite? I have an approximate size but trying to confirm before I pull the trigger. Thanks.

Well, I have the first 2/3rds completed. Just need to get the Lucite dome put on. Here is what they look like so far. I may sand the plastic smooth if these dont look right with the lucite on top. What do you all think?

Hey guys. I got mine today. The quality is unbelievable!!! This is going to look so cool on my 1967-68 tilt column with the Formula steering wheel. As in one-of-none. I wholeheartedly recommend this item!

This is so excellent I ordered another. I don't want to be kicking myself in the butt later when they are all gone!

Anybody have a contact for Dennis? He is no longer an ebay member and I messaged him here to no avail. Thank you

That is too bad. I looked at my correspondence and it was only his ebay email. Maybe he sold them all and pulled the plug on the operation?

Dennis, who made those emblems is an old buddy of mine, we went to school together in Ariz. he now lives in Texas. I have a number for him somewhere. I’ll see about finding it. Though we haven’t talked in a year or so.
