theres these wheels for sale locally, 15x7 pontiac rally II's, coded JJ. http://www.pontiacserver.com/wheels.html#rally2 I looked on that site and theres a question mark next to JJ, so I don't know. They'd go on a 67 bird, and they're coming off a 69 GTO. A GTO is 4.75 as well, right?

Yep, they will work. As long as they have the 4.75 bolt pattern.

Yes, they will work, I have 15x7's on my 67 vert. You will have more tire options with 15" rims. Any of the caps should fit. The big body cars had 5" bolt pattern, but grand prix, gto, firebird are the same 4.75.
