I need to know what these are and where they go. I have five of these: three of these: and two of these (mirror images of each other): The first two look like wiring clips and this is a power window car so that may help. The last part is rubber with a metal reinforcement. Thanks in advance. John

The first two look like hardware I saw while removing and replacing the upper dash. Possibly.

The second one might be a clip to hold the wiring in the channel on top of the rocker panel below the sill plate on the drivers side. I'm replacing my floor pans now, and that kind of looks like what I found on mine--and there were two of them.

John, That last one looks like it might be a part that I have never seen reproduced anywhere, in the parts book, sold on EBay or discussed on any forum. There is a rubber seal on my convert behind and at the bottom of the rear quarter windows. Here's a shot from the well in that area with the top up: ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v112/Firebird68/RearWindowRubber2.jpg)

I recently purchased a pair of used rear quarter window weather strips or-watcha-call-it for quite a hefty sum...
As Jim says, they're not reproed and extremely hard to find in un-rottened state.

Okay - the rubber part is accounted for. My parts car looks like it did not come with them. I wonder if it was the difference between power and manual? Anyway, I have an extra for one of the two sides.
Bruce: I was thinking that may be where those clips went. So you had two per side or two on the driver side only? I have three to locate.
Nash: I found two of those clips on my parts car where you indicated they would be, but have five in my parts box? I wonder if there are similar clips located elsewhere?
Jim: You are always quick with a highly detailed picture! Thanks.

John, I found two on the drivers side. I haven't completely disassembled the passenger side yet, so I can't say if there are clips on that side or not. They are under that rubber/metal piece that runs the length of the rocker on the inside, and I haven't taken the right one off yet. If there is a bundle of wires that runs to the back of the car on the right side, there are probably some clips there too.
Now you've made me curious. I'm going out to do some more welding on the drivers floor pan now--maybe I'll take the piece on the passenger side off and see if there are clips there or not. I'll let you know what you find.

John, No wires or clips on the passenger side, just two on the drivers. And the clips on mine only have two tabs--it looks like yours have three. They are close however. Anyway hope this helps.

The first picture is what hangs the deluxe under dash light wires. They hook in under the dash pad. They are a pain in the %%% to put back when pad is installed.Dont have a clue on the rest!

Hasdird,
Did your car have all five spaced out along the length of the dash?
