Well, there is an elcamino ss in the background, so it looks like the car was disposable, hope he didn't get hurt..

not in favor of seeing another car die, but it does make the remaining ones more valuable...

also didn't see any 400 markings... but if I had the room and the price was right, just maybe.

That's really is too bad. Looked like a nice car. There are a lot of nice parts on it.

I find it amazing that it says they walked away from the collision.

Let's see, buy a $14k Dynacorn '67 Camaro body, swap the proper fenders and quarters, buy this car for about $2k, and add another $10k for paint, misc. You have yourself a nice car again. Won't be a real Firebird, but at least it won't go to waste.

Well, it makes me feel a little safer in my firebird now. Just hope that never happens.

Hope it all works out in the end... and I wonder if it was any of our friends from the Houston area? No matter what I hate to even think of that happening... Very sad!

Brett!

I do not recognize that car....or plate... Very sad indeed ....could have been a nice addition to HALF...And I doubt seriously a conv. would be that damaged, it would be lots worse

WAAAAAaaaaaaaaaa! :-( frown :-(

Man, that car used to be gorgeous. So sad to see it go. Some great parts will come off of it for sure.

What a shame to see a great looking bird go. Seeing that almost makes me not want to drive my Firebird when its done. Id buy that if it was near me and try to resurrect it.

The winner of that auction just got himself 5-6 thousand dollars worth of parts for 1/3rd the cost.

Lots of nice parts, agreed...how many are truly straight is a different question.
