I'm trying to figure out how to post pics so bear with me if it doesn't work. I am working with a modem dial up (26.4 connection.) You really have to love living out in the middle of nowhere.

Wow! I must have done something wrong. It actually worked.
Now how do I get a pic attached to my signature?

You will need to use "File Manager" in Reply (not Quick Reply) to upload a file. Then click the link to that file. It will open in a browser window. Then copy the shortcut and insert it in your signature.

[img]http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/ [email protected]/detail?.dir=f51e&.dnm=2b8bre2.jpg&.src=ph[/img] I've never succeeded at doing this. Here goes another try. Oh well. I'm still stuck posting links.

You can't post images that are hosted in Yahoo. They have illegal characters in the file links such as @, = and ?. For those you are stuck with linking them.
File Manager will let you upload files to this server, with legal file names.

Birdquest, now insert this link in your signature...between image tags. Replace "x" with [x] to make it work.

Thanks for the comments Brett. I have always admired your car. I figured you would appreciate mine also. Kinda like twin sisters. It would be really cool to get a side by side pic someday. It might be hard to organize since we live about 2000 miles apart. Maybe someday though. I've learned that anything is possible.

Change the first tag to "img" and move the slash on the last tag "img/" to "/img" then it will work.

I made the adjustment. Looks good now! Thanks for helping everyone out Vikki! Marlin, yeah, that would be a cool shot... but I'm sure your car would outshime mine if they were side by side! Brett!

Catalina, you might want to resize the image, and save it, as the same name, in the same location and then it "should" stay linked, but at a smaller size... - Brett!
Oh, and all I did was change the img - /img before and after to [img] - [/img] before and after respectively.
Brett!

I got it.
Vikki, how can I reduce the size of a picture without getting so much distortion?
Your thumbnail looks crisp, mine looks terrible.

I did... Just got a new driveway about 2 months ago The car don't look like that now. I need to take an updated progress pic. Vikki, how large? I have two images I would like done, but they are pretty big files.
