Volvo TP21 called Radiobil or Sugga (translated from swedish it means "pig"), a combination of the Volvo-cab Typ PV 800 and a military 4wheels drive truck. Thomas is correct!  a Tp21....military command vehicle for the Swedish army.... also called in the army raptg bil (bil = car),, ra = radio, p personnell , tg terrain vehicle ...it was used to 'scout' fro mountain tops etc, hugae anteenas and radios to communicate with.... this is what my son drove to HS with , he was VERY popular! unfortunately we sold it so he could get a Tahoe, more suited for his drive back and forth to New Orleans....but during Katrina , he could have used it there! we had it equipped with A/C, pioneer cd/radio, Volvo 740 seats in blk leather, th350 tranny ,Chevy 350 engine, Volvo 740 brake booster, air ride bags, 6500 lbs...rode nicely at 90 mph! people would also get out of your way..... the "mud patrol", he was often stopped by cops checking him out! I told him that was good , he would be known all over , and he could not get himself in trouble with it , they all knew who he was....and IF he`d get hit , he`d be safe! "
