also some food for thought. what does numbers match really mean when there are people out there that do re-stamp to deceive others into believing they are getting the original engine that was in the car. numbers matching means nothing when joe blow can walk up to an engine and change its whole life history with a few wacks of a hammer and a few minutes of his time. thats why i place little on the numbers value and more on the craftsmanship/workmanship of the restoration! better to know you got a well built car then a matching car!
