I started to put the window brackets all back in when I noticed that the drivers side regulator was in pretty sorry shape. The regulator itself was fine but the front bracket that holds the window in place was shot. The hole was oblonged, was missing spring washers and was grinding away on the frame bracket. So I moved onto the hinges. The bushings were shot along with the detents being frozen in place. I found it odd that some of the bushings were made out of plastic. The hinges look to be original as the original pinch was on the lower portion of the pins.

I test fitted everything to make sure it all works correctly. next I will sandblast and prime the brackets.
