I've said it once, I'll say it again, the majority of the problem is the career politicians.
Last week we went to a townhall meeting with our new US House Rep where that subject came up. He feels the same and has openly pledged to run for a max of three 2-year terms. Don't expect a Constitution change to force term limits but maybe the voters need to start pushing candidates to make voluntary pledges to limit their time in an office.
