I have an opportunity to get a folding back seat with all of the hardware. I have two questions, will it fit in a 67 vert with deluxe interior? And what was the purpose of having it. Was it for access to the trunk? Does it replace the panel that is currently behind the existing seat? What makes it rare? What are the benefits? Thanks, Mike
