As far as colors go, I would take the burgundy every day of the week over say a Mayfair Maize.
Ouch! Mayfair Maize is one of my favorites! Now white, tan, or Verdoro, those would be near the bottom of my personal list. Like woven says, if you are going to keep the car long(er) term, make it what you want. And i'd pick a stock color over say 2011 Camaro color any day! Color choice comes down to personal preference and personality any day.
