Harold- It has a "WQ" stamped into the block, which I read means 400HO. Would you agree? Note my photo up above. It is a 4 speed manual, which also is identified by the WQ. I'm going to mail in a request for the invoice and dealer order from PHS as Bob indicated. Once I get that info back I hope I'll have all this confirmed and will register on 400HO site....
