Is 350 engine on 68 convertible offset to passenger's side. I'm converting from auto to manual and using Nova/Camaro crossmember. When transmission was bolted in the middle of crossmember, the engine didn't look to be parallel to body.
The crossmember that was with auto, is somekind of self made 400 support and transmission mount was actually offset to driver's side, I don't think that is correct.
Right side head is a lot closer to A-arm shaft than left side and I measured this offset to be around 5/8". Is this correct?
