Early bow season is over, so now will go out with the .270 or 300WM (won't need to be as squeeky clean). Besides, when I get up a big ridge I usually smell like the forest anyhow.

Anyone putting that filter adapter on watch you don't snap your allen wrench off when trying to tighten that inner bolt. I did and it was a [censored] to pull the broken piece out of the bolt head without dropping it in the adapter or worse the engine!
It's my wife that wants me to quit, maybe I'll get more than a kiss if I feign that I'm about to fall off the wagon....
