I got held up at gunpoint two days ago in front of Safeway. The guy wanted me to get in my Honda Civic (commuter car) and take him to an ATM to get him some cash. He made me give him the car keys. When I got the chance, and the car was between him and me (he ordered me into the driver's seat), I took off running and he left with the car.
He later wrecked it (overturned) into a guy's backyard a mile away and they are still looking for him. The cops do know who it is, though. I picked him out of a photo lineup last night. Links:
