Yea It said some frame rot but being it's a one year only car and only made about 1,500 of them it might be worth saving.

How about the "no paperwork" statement?

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.

If it had a 428, it would be decent at a little less than $3500. The 8 lugs a rare option as well as the 428.

Not to mention a vert.

I'm not sure what the laws are in other states. But in ND if there is no paperwork and no record of previous registration, a sheriff just needs to see the car and verify VIN to get it licensed. If there is a previous record of registration, then that registered owner needs to be contacted. It would be nice if that car could be restored instead of turning it for parts. You don't see many of those around.

Those are such cool cars! Land yacht no doubt, but I was impressed with them when I was a kid, still am. Love those 8 lug wheels.

NY state never issued titles for any car prior to 70. They have what they call a transferable registration. The seller signs the back and gives it to the new owner and that is all there is to it.

I am going to show this to my Pontiac friend later today when he gets back as he is in GA picking up a 63 Catalina two door post he just bought off Ebay. This is something he would be interested in I beleive...
