Cool actually I think the job is a little past Edmonton it's a 10 week shutdown at a oil refinary for Shell. That's all I know for now I should be getting the work packet today or tomorrow. My email is: drustin1@hotmail.com
I am building a hospital up in Ft. St. John NW from there but same sort of climate..hovering around freezing (32f) from what I see.
March can still be pretty cool in Edmonton but ya never know. I hail originally from Calgary where it's warmer (OK where's that Edmonton Calgary rivalry!)
That's why I moved to the coast, had enough of square tires in the winter...
I remember taking my old bird out in 40 degree weather in Calgary spring top down just to do it (not my wife the car)

I was up there in june 1988 in the u.s. airforce at edmonton for a weekend to the north american mall for a couple of days, but was at cold lake air base for two weeks for a joint exercise it was located about 100 miles north of edmonton . i remember the temps in june at the base was around low 70s and the day we left was in the 40s . my field jacket was packed away all i had on was a short sleeve .
Spiderman lives in Edmonton and I'm down the road a bit in Didsbury. The Didsbury Show 'n Shine is on Mother's Day and we usually get about 300 cars.
Doug, Sorry. I didn't see this post until now. I live in St Albert, just outside of Edmonton. Drop me an email if you want to get together or if you need help with anything. webb12@shaw.ca As Dave said, you may be working out at Scotsford in Fort Saskatchewan. Trevor
I will if I ever get there. Originally they had a 3500-5000 man call welders, pipefiters, Plumbers for Mid march to may. I've talked to many people who had their paperwork in last year and still havn't heard a thing.
