Our tubes have some crazy bends, and they're harder to find than chicken teeth.

it doesn't seem that it would be difficult to reproduce somehow.

I 2nd that!
When I was restoring my 68 vert, I had to basically make something work.
I looked high & low but couldn't find an original tube.

It's just bent tube for goodness sake! Somebody needs to make it.

It took me forever to find one for my car.

If you can't find one you basically stuck using a Lokar unit. Not a bad way to go unless you want to stay stock looking under the hood.

Which one did you use, and do you have any pictures? (installed and un installed)

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure.
I feel like I am diagonally parked in a parallel universe.
