Getting it repainted?

Nope, keeping it the same. Just trying to put together some history. Pontiac had a push to sell Firebirds in the late seventies to women with a special color and options like the Skybird, Redbird and finally the Yellowbird. Wondered if the Pink Mist color in 68 was attempt to attract more women buyers and if there was dealer literature along those lines..
