Dash lights problem on a 69

I just finished installing my dash back in my 69. Now when I press the brake pedal both turn signals light up on the dash but if I turn them on they do not work. They worked fine before removing the dash. Did I cross something? Maybe missed a plug? Anyone run into this before and can point me in the right direction? Thanks,
