We have one here that only lets you adopt'm after fill'n out thier questionaire and passing an interview(roll eyes)...plus pay for vaccine fee's, etc.
Seriously, they have'm fixed and tatooed, then make ya sign a contract say'n you can be fined $500 if you let'm roam free, LOL.
Contact'm and let'm know where theres alot of cats being mistreated and allowed to roam free to ne hit by cars and eat'n by dogs
They'll probly come and round'm all up.
And give the women a stern lecture. Save you the trouble.

As far as drive'n over your's, some LARGE landscaping rocks would probly look good along your driveway.
