If you STILL believe the president isn't a citizen, or that corporate rule should be the law, I'd seriously question your "grip" on reality. You haven't, at least since the election was over. Some folks simply never understand when it's time to "move on".
I'm neither a "lefty" OR a "rightie" (yes, we DO exist). But I find the right-wing rhetoric to be far more dangerous and wearisome. Poor ignorant folks "out there" actually believe Rush is "news", not the sensationalist "entertainment" it really is. There are also those that believe Fox News is objetive. I haven't heard anyone "defend" MSNBC like I have Fox. I don't watch either. Occasionally, Fox, when I need a laugh. It's like watching a commercial for the Republican Party. MSNBC just seems to be out of "synch" with the world. So is Fox, but at least it's funny! CNN isn't perfect, but much more objective than the others. But I HATE that Spitzer guy. His attitude more than anything else.
I'm NOT arguing here. I'm stating my position. It isn't one of the "cookie cutter" positions "they" would have you believe are the ONLY ones.
Jim
Jim, re the president not being a citizen...I dont believe one way or the other...I think it should be laid to rest...by that I mean ,it should be checked, and if not checked,at least be a point where the law is changed so that what is suspected by some in this case cannot happen in the future.
as far as "leftie vs rightie" , I`m now leaning right....about as right as I once leaned left, yes sometimes you can get an eye opener, I did.
re News, best way to get the news is look at several sources, make your own 'opinion'...I watch Fox, never see or listen to Rush, nor the "joke news" (some believe them to be real too), I do watch CNN some , read MSNBC and listen to NPR (drives me crazy most of the time), but i get news from all directions, I also daily read Swedish News, which has its own take on US and world news....
