Need Crate Motor or Block

A guy in Chino, CA needs a crate engine or even a good rebuildable block, for a '74 Bird he is restoring.

Only Pontiac engine builders I know of, anywhere close to there, are in Phoenix.

Any of you guys know where he might find a decent Pontiac engine, for a reasonable price ? Don't think he's building a hot rod. So, a good 350 or 400 will probably do.

He's inquiring on another forum. So, if you guys have any good leads, post the info, and I'll relay it to him.
