Sir, My Shipping Manager just sent me a copy of your email. You were not extremely nice in your email to us, she said back to you exactly what you said to her in the first place. You were not emailed six days later, but one day AFTER you purchased the item.
As a matter of fact, you ordered and item that is in our ebay “store”. Please read our Store Policies. In our Store Policies it does state all the information that she listed to you. We did have 10 of these in stock, but sold them all in one day!
Again, as Denise mentioned to you we are in the process of obtaining a new supplier as our old one is longer in business. They are in the process of being made as I’m sending this email to you. Sir, I will be more than happy to post your email that you sent to us on all the Classic Car Hobby sites as well so they can see how rude you are.
We were open and honest with you and you came back nasty, you insulted us.

This is incredible. I paid for my item on Ebay on 02-29-08 and received an E-m from Denise TODAY. Hmm, on my calander that would not be the next day.
Not only that, but as a customer do I not have the right to be upset? And oh, by the way, what exactly would you post on websites:
WARNING to all sellers, there is a customer out there named Joe Gall who actually expects good customer service. Please be cautious when dealing with this customer. If you take his money and wait 6 days to inform him the part is not available, he will get upset. Therefore please be advised and do not sell him parts unless you actually have them in stock!
You people are complete fools and that's the bottom line. Now it will be interesting to see if and when I ever receive my refund. LOL
