Joe, I`d post a link to this thread in an e-mail to them at CMC to see....and maybe let them know how many members are here...at this count we are 4375 Members, all potential customers ,some of us old customers...
looks like we may get another "Tamraz" encounter here...

I know too how important "customer service" is...I bought back two cars (brand new) from customers when I was a Volvo dealer...even against Volvos recommendations (because I didnt have to)...but ended up with so much 'good will', no kind of advertising could get you....and ended up making money on the 'buy backs' also
