I have been with this company since August 17, 1998 and it has continually been getting worse for about the past 6 years. They treat us like a number and all they want for us to do is make their 40% margin. Since we have re-opened the Fort Worth office last February, this is their 4th attempt since I've been with the company, they have "laid off" 10 people, and 2 people have quit. They let 2 of them go only a couple days before Christmas. They tried to let go a guy that is going to retire in September go before Christmas also, he has been with the company over 37 years! I am 1 of 3 people left in my department and don't know when my # is going to be next. We are losing customers left and right because of our crappy, over priced service and branch manager that thinks that 2 service people can cover an area almost the size of South Carolina! And I forgot to mention that if you put overtime on your time sheet you'll get written up. I am tired of working 9 and 10 hours a day for 8 hours pay only because I do my job correctly unlike the other 2 guys I work with that pencil whip. My job is to serious to risk 2 years jail time, $2,000 fine, losing my work licenses and my job for me to let things slide.
An ex-employee that started his company about 5 years ago and has continued to grow has been bugging me for years to come to work for him. He has been "given" tons of our neglected customers and may take "my" hospital away due to our crappy service, so if it goes, I might have to go.....
