i agree. i am the bad guy in my company. if you or your people are not doing it right, or standing around with there thumb inserted. i will speak my mind to you and the help.(not complain to owners) and this has hurt many peoples feeling, but the owner knows were i'm coming from. even though he has had to listen to many hurt egos. many have tried to trash me and use the old back stab move, but to no avail. at the end, when all the beans are counted, my pile is 4X bigger then there. So if management doesn't relize these thing happen and there cause, your better off without them. tim
