sounds like a change of scenery might be beneficial.... what I was referring to abv, was mainly for your superiors....THEY should not let anybody take blame...its the company that screwed up, not a single individual, even if an individual did it...its the comany that should have the guts to tell its employees , empower them ,to say "Sorry WE screwed up, WE will fix it"...customer needs not to know who in the comany did it, they dont care, they just want the job done right!
